What its like to work here The Visitor Operations Team works closely with colleagues across the property, particularly in the areas of conservation and curatorship, to shape the quality and content of our visitor offer.With mansion house, formal gardens, pleasure grounds, ancient deer park, and the National Trusts largest outdoor adventure playground, Belton holds wide appeal and attracts a diverse audience with varied interests.Belton House is a large seventeenth century estate on the outskirts of Grantham, a busy Lincolnshire market town. Last year we welcomed over 400,000 visitors and have ambitions to grow those numbers through the development of our visitor offer and infrastructure.Click here for more information about this location What youll be doing Reporting to the Visitor Operations and Experience Manager, youll be part of a small and dedicated team. Youll work in partnership with our community and in collaboration with your colleagues to deliver results.Youll lead for the delivery of an innovative visitor programme shaped by audience insights as well as cultural, community, curatorial and environmental factors. Youll proactively encourage partnership working to ensure our work is informed and supportedthrough knowledge, excellence, and sustainability.Youll champion our Everyone Welcome strategy, demonstrating inclusive leadership, while working to diversify our audience.Youll be responsible for the operational day-to-day visitor experience as well as long-term planning.
