Its an ethos we continue to live by today, because we want to create spaces that people love to work, rest, and play in.What will I be doing in the roleProactive approach to engineering demonstrated by excellent root cause analysis of failures and first-time repairs, having a clear understanding why Preventive Maintenance is critical to establishing and sustaining plant reliability.

Abide by the SG principles of conduct and action, utilises the safety systems in place, On the Job risk assessments, Permits, Authorisations, PPE
Uses the appropriate WCM tools to identify, understand, resolve, and sustain plant equipment supporting the PM and AM strategies
Work collaboratively with the shift Craft/operations team and day Craft teams to share knowledge on project activities and failure rectification to help build sustainable PM and AM programmes
Follow the established change management process to ensure that all changes are documented and approved before starting work shift
Engage with the Engineering and Production teams to ensure that planned works are being followed from take-over to hand back on time
Undertake any other duties as may be required by on duty line Manager or management team, consistent with scope of the job

Is this role right for meYoull have a good understanding of Electrical & Mechanical systems, share your knowledge and findings with your colleagues, find "root causes" quickly and through change management install a "100 year" repair that delivers sustained reliability in the plant.

Apprentice craft trained
BTEC/ONC Electrical or equivalent
Experience of Automated Process plants, working in FMCG/Aggregate industries
Demonstrated technical understanding
Problem solving techniques
Have a Good understanding of a continuous process nature or associated production facilities
