Youll be working with British Gypsum in Barrow-Upon-Soar. For this role in particular we are looking for someone with the following skills and experience;Operation of heavy plant equipment and production machinery (ideally in a mining or quarry setting)Experience with hydraulics and fault diagnosiswith maintenance skills on mobile diesel plant, conveyors and mining equipment would be highly desirableDemonstrated experience as a Mechanical FitterA recognised mechanical apprenticeship (ideally have an HNC or equivalent)Willingness to work a staggeredshift pattern that includes nights and one weekend a month What will I be doing in the role Our Mine Fitters are really important to our success, and play a key part in of our customers positive experience with us.
