Basic salary: £19,000+ (Salary dependent on qualifications and experience) Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm ( Every 5th Saturday from 9am to 12.30pm) Holidays - 31 days ( incl. Bank Holidays) Career progression opportunitiesPrimary DutiesYou will arrange the picking, packaging, and shipment of goods from our busy warehouse. This will include the safe packing and postage of items both UK & Worldwide. You will deal with customers both face to face, email & by telephone ensuring our high levelof service is maintained at all times. You will deal with couriers arranging collections and deliveries. This role requires attention to detail and care while working in a fast moving environment. Other duties include assisting in other areas of the businessas and when required.Essential Skills

Possess good interpersonal & communication skills
The ability to work individually or part of a team
Manual handling abilities
Basic reading & writing skills
IT skills with the use of desktop & tablet computers

Previous experience in working in a fast moving dispatch environment is desirable but not essential.
