Our culture is one where everyone is welcome.Job description:Management AccountantBased on site inKnighton, StaffordshireFull time, permanentSalary - £35,000 - £40,000We are recruiting for a qualified or part qualified Management Accountant to provide a dedicated financial resource to support and challenge the manufacturing operation at our Knighton site, and to support our Site Finance Manager in the delivery of theirobjectives. This role will also be required to cover the Site Finance Manager during periods of absence or holidays.What will you be doingFinance Control & Operations

Control, analysis and communication of site overhead spends
Completion of weekly/monthly reporting cycle
Capital tracking and management

Performance Reporting

Month end budget holder overhead reviews
Financial Performance Report by site with analysis
Detailed yield analysis - work orders and stock adjustments

Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

Completion of site budgets and forecasts, ensuring they are accurate, challenged and understood
Monthly volume forecasting with associated Risks and Opportunities
Labour forecasting

What do we need from you:

Previous experience in a similar role (ideally from a manufacturing background)
Strong analytical skills, with advanced level Excel
Experience of working with SAP
Strong communcation and people skills, with the ability to work under pressure to achieve deadlines
Financial qualification, part qualification, or qualified by experience
