Job Description

Duries are a Property Consultancy, providing advice to clients on; Commercial Property, Residential Land and Planning matters. We advise private landowners, commercial companies, charitable trusts, as well as investors and developers. We are looking fora talented and pro-active Executive PA to join us in the beautiful surroundings of Abbots Leigh, just outside of Bristol City Centre. You will be supporting Bob Durie (FRICS) and James Durie (MRICS) on their property work and personal matters.To succeed in this role, you will need to need adatable and flexible but also be comfortable to work across a broad mix of projects and tasks, often fast moving. Alongside excellent administration skills you will need to demonstrate that you have the followingexperience:• Compiling VAT returns• Monthly accounts, using Xero• Organising expenses• Invoicing• Administration support, including email/telephone queries, record keeping and diary managementDuries are a small family firm and we’re extremely proud of the long term relationships we have with our clients and referrers and are seen as their trusted property advisory partner, so it’s important to us we find someone with the right blend of skillsto support the team to help maintain this.It’s important that you have experience of working in a client focused role, delivering exceptional client service at all times, that you’re organised and able to deliver to multiple deadlines.
