Job Description

Summary Are you an engaging individual who is known for their exceptional organisational skills, with a love for delivering first class support We have just the role for you as a Business Services Co-ordinator.This is a fixed term contract due to end when the previous employee returns from secondment. What its like to work here Youll be part of a team that covers the South West primarily working out of the Bristol Hub but with an opportunity for hybrid working. Were looking for someone with a strong administrative skillset, able to turn their hand towhatever comes their waywhether its helping an archaeologist with archiving, helping a property with purchasing, or helping to induct new team members, youll want to help others and get involved. Youll have the ability to work with a wide range of teammembers and different disciplines across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your skillset. What youll be doing The National Trust is a busy organisation that has a lot going on at all times - you can guarantee that no day is the sameso youll have to love variety. As well as supporting day to day operations, youll have the chance to support a variety of projects and offer your advice beyond your team. Youll always champion best practice when it comes to business support and will beconfident challenging the norm when you think theres a better way of doing something. Who were looking for

  • Relevant experience in a Business Support environment; along with facilities or office supervision responsibility
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Great team player
  • Flexible and customer - focused with strong customer service skills
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise own workload
  • Well organised and attention to detail
  • Advanced IT Skills
