Summary This is a senior role in the People team at the National Trust working across the South West region and reporting to the Lead People Business Partner.Youll partner key senior clients, including Assistant Directors, which means you will need to be an influentialHR practitioner, able to operate at a strategic level and confident working in a complex, matrix-style environment. Youll act as a credible coach to your clients, bringing expertise, perspective and pragmatism.Youll be part of an integrated People BusinessPartner team, working closely with the People Business Partners for Volunteering and Community that also support your client group.Your base will be Leigh Court, just outside Bristol, or Killerton, near Exeter. What youll be doing Youll be partnering some of the Trusts Assistant Directors and General Managers, and as a Business Partner youll help them to think strategically about their teams and support the implementation of strategic programmes in the region. Youll need to quicklybuild open, trusted relationships and confidently work with stakeholders across the Trust.Youll work collaboratively with colleagues in the People Service Centre, subject experts and your regional colleagues to provide seamless solutions. Youll use your experience of working in a large and complex organisation to ensure plans are sustainableand will ultimately deliver organisational benefits and results.
