Quality Engineer£40-£45kWorcestershireOur client is a leading manufacturing business producing critical metallic components. This role is to join a growing team and support all areas of quality including supplier quality including site visits. The position offers excellent scope for progression.The Quality Engineer will provide quality, technical and operational support services to all levels of the business, ensuring product is produced to the requirements of the clients manufacturing processes from new product introduction to post-delivery operations.The individual will use industry standard problem-solving tools and first class influencing and project management skills to leadcontinuous process and product improvements identified by appropriate data analysis and internal and external audits. The QualityTeam are the arbiters of conformity on site and the highest standards of personal and professional integrity are required to succeed in this role.Skills needed

Strong background in quality working on high value components
Experience with ISO9001 / AS9100
Experience in Aerospace/Nuclear/Defence/Marine or Energy sector would be an advantage
In depth understanding of QM systems
Exposure to Supplier quality requirements
A willingness to get "hands on" with quality
A relevant technical degree (Not essential)
Experience leading change of processes within Quality
