Job Description

Client Manager Job VacancyThis high growth accountancy and advisory firm is looking for a high calibre and progressive Client Manager to report directly to a Partner. The successful candidate will add real value to our clients business.What are we looking for Youll be ACA, ACCA or CA qualified. Youll already have experience of working in a client-facing role within an accountancy practice, as well as excellent communication skills and a real passion for the delivery of excellence.As a Client Manager you will have regular contact with clients, providing a range of general accountancy services to a diverse portfolio of individuals and businesses of all sizes and structures.Youll need to be technically excellent with close attentionto detail and have a can-do attitude to problem-solving.As a team player, you will bring out the best in others and confidently communicate both challenges and opportunities to clients and colleagues.This role can be performed remotely / based from home.Job Purpose

  • Manage a varied client portfolio in a wide range of industries, meeting regularly with clients and providing a range of general accountancy and compliance services.
  • Provide high standards of excellent customer service to clients by answering queries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage a team of staff and their workload, as well as being responsible for their growth, development and career progression.
  • Work on any ad hoc projects as necessary, such as cashflow forecasts and due diligence.
  • Contribute to the firms growth by helping to build good relationships with both prospective clients and existing clients.
  • Work as part of a team that fosters a supportive and inclusive environment.

The Successful Applicant
  • ACA/ACCA/CA qualified.
  • Demonstrable experience in providing general accountancy services within a client-facing role in a practice environment.
