Job Description

Adele Carr Recruitment is recruiting for a global, market-leading business based in Westhoughton, Bolton. We are interested in meeting experienced administrators to interview for a full-time, permanent vacancy as a Service & Finance Administrator. Finance/Accounts experience is not essential for the role, instead, we are looking for candidates with a background in administration.The successful Service Administrator will need to be organised, good with numbers, a strong problem solver and be open to getting involved with a variety of tasks.In return you will work 35 hours per week, have 33 days annual leave, have hybrid working flexibility, private healthcare, free parking and a number of other market-leading benefits!Salary & Benefits:

  • Starting salary of £23,000 - £25,000 per annum
  • Monday-Friday 9 AM-5 PM, 1-hour lunch, 35 hours per week

What will be expected of you:The role of the Service & Finance Administrator is to assist in the administration function of the after-sales team, supporting the service engineers and invoicing customers correctly for work completed.
  • Processing of orders (Maintenance, parts, spares, service)
  • Liaising with customers, providing a high level of service
  • Processing of engineer timesheets and prompt invoicing
  • Approval of engineer expenses on online expense system
  • Posting of incoming of invoices and processing (Can be high volume)
  • Liaising with different departments to problem solve and find solutions for customers
  • Assist in the resolution of invoice queries, liaising between customer and accounts department
  • Using the Salesforce system
  • Using the SAP system
What we are looking for:
  • Strong administrator who is logically minded, organised and good with numbers
  • Excellent attention to detail and great organisational skills
  • Effective telephone communication
  • Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management and prioritisation skills
  • Ideally experience working with Excel, although not essential
  • Good IT skills
