Job Description

AC Recruitment is working with a market-leading business based in Westhoughton, Bolton to recruit aPersonal Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis. This opportunity offers excellent benefits including hybrid working, additional annual leave, private healthcare and a competitive salary.The successful Personal Assistant will need to be organised, an excellent communicator, a strong problem solver and be open to getting involved with a variety of tasks.In return you will work 35 hours per week, have 33 days annual leave, have hybrid working flexibility, private healthcare, free parking and a number of other market-leading benefits.Salary & Benefits:

  • £30,000 - £32,000 per annum
  • Monday-Friday 9 AM-5 PM, 1-hour lunch, 35 hours per week.

What will be expected of you:The main purpose of this role is to support the Managing Director and the Commercial Director with full PA and Administrative support.
  • Diary & email management on Outlook
  • Creation of reports, presentations, letters and emails
  • Organising meetings - Managing invites, agendas, meeting rooms, minutes, lunch etc.
  • Booking and administering travel arrangements
  • Submitting expenses
  • Elements of office management and building operations
  • Oversee receptionist
  • Any other administrative duties as needed by directors
What we are looking for:
  • Previous PA/EA experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and great organisational skills
  • Effective telephone communication
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Effective time management and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills
