Job Description

ACR is working with a market-leading business based in Westhoughton to recruit an OfficeManager on a part-time basis, to work between 20-25 hours per week. This opportunity offers excellent benefits including hybrid working, additional annual leave, private healthcare and a competitive salary.This role will initially be a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of a permanent role, which will be communicated well in advance.The successful Office Manager will need to be organised, an excellent communicator, a strong problem solver and be open to getting involved with a variety of tasks.In return you will work flexible part-time hours, have 33 days annual leave, have hybrid working flexibility, private healthcare, free parking and a number of other market-leading benefits.Salary & Benefits:

  • £30,000-£35,000 per annum (Pro-Rata)
  • Monday-Friday 20-25 hours per week - Flexible on what hours E.g. 3 full days or 5 days, 4 hours etc.

What will be expected of you:
  • General administration duties relevant to supporting the smooth running of the office
  • Fleet management including ordering vehicles; arranging hire cars; liaising with insurance companies; and liaising with employees to ensure car maintenance and servicing is completed
  • Management of buildings operations and maintenance, including security, cleaners, hygiene bins, gardeners, window cleaners, milkman, photocopiers, franking machine, TV license and utility contracts.
  • Assist with the purchasing of all indirect materials - such as stationery, cleaning materials, food and beverages, print work and computer consumables.
  • Oversee front-of-house function
  • Assisting the PA in coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and
  • car rental reservations.
  • Supporting Charity of the Year initiatives
  • Compliance - ensuring all Company digital files are updated, maintaining the Company gift register, reviewing time and attendance records and policy management.
  • Ad-hoc administration
