Job Description

Role: Resource Demand PlannerLocation: North Yorkshire (Hybrid remote) Salary: £40,000 - £45,000We are working with a multinational, technology-led healthcare company who are looking to add a Resource Demand Planner to their ever-growing IT team. The Resource Demand Planner will be responsible for working collaboratively with internal delivery managers to enhance and optimise the allocation of resources. Effectively planning based on the outlines of individual projects to improve the their deliveryin terms of time, cost and quality. Experience needed: * Previous experience in demand planning including estimation, workforce scheduling and resource identification.* Creating strategic workforce planning over short and long terms based in resource analysis. * Experience in delivering resource management processes, with the ability to ensure all stakeholders are engaged and actively participating. * Demonstrable ability to aggerate, manipulate and present data for the support of decision making. * Understanding of delivery approaches and methodologies. * (Desirable) - Previous experience as project/HR manager in a software industry.
