Job Description

The Opportunity:Nigel Wright Recruitment has been retained by Tunstall Healthcare, to lead the search for a Brand Manager for its Software and Platforms service offering.About Tunstall Healthcare:The Tunstall Group operates globally across 19 countries with almost 3000 employees, and works with health, housing and social care providers using technology-based solutions to deliver efficient and effective person-centred care. The Company is a market leaderin the UK, which is Tunstalls largest territory globally.Role Profile:

  • Leads, develops and manages the execution of the marketing plan for the Companys health & care software portfolios.
  • Creates UK product/portfolio strategy including positioning, current portfolio evolution and growth strategy.
  • Collaborates with the wider Group Proposition Directors on new product/service and lifecycle management strategy.
  • Provides customer insights driven input to the new product/solutions roadmap development.
  • Responsibility for Portfolio Life Cycle management: new products, deletions, pricing guidelines, inventory levels, supply chain and onboarding potential 3rd party products.
  • Responsible for developing and executing new product launches and line extensions.
  • Commissions, collects and interprets customer insights.
  • Develops key opinion leader strategy and nurtures relationships with key UK thought leaders.
  • Executes the UK product go to market strategy and secures the alignment, resources and support required to achieve agreed business targets.
  • Collaborate with UK Commercial and Business Development to implement campaigns including customer targets, engagement plans and sales force KPIs.
  • Work with MarComms team to develop and implement UK communication plan.
Person Specification:
  • Experience of marketing software solutions and platforms, including SaaS.
  • Experience developing strategic marketing plans that drive customer lifetime value.
  • Experienced in the development of value proposition-based marketing campaigns based on strong customer insight.
  • Ability to identify data gaps and develop publication plans in conjunction with other business functions.
  • Ability to build relationships with key opinion leaders and relevant social care and medical societies.
  • Successful track record in programme management & product launch.
  • Proven track record of executing projects and tactical plans.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and Ireland.
  • Flexibility to work within a hybrid working pattern with circa 50% of time at Yorkshire head office.
