Can you help us achieve our visionThe OpportunityReporting into the Global Head of Information Security Compliance and IT Operations Manager we are are now looking for an influential Data Protection & Compliance Manager. You will be working in a standalone capacity and will play a pivotal part in our business to lead all company compliance activities within the UK part of our business for our IT Manager Service Platforms.The RoleBased from our Whitley Head Office you will represent Tunstall in all DPO & Compliance activities managing all audits with customers and vendors. Acting as a subject matter expert you will utilise your strong working knowledge of UK Data Protection Legislation, contractual law and the Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) framework to achieve quality and compliance best practice throughout.Who You’ll Be

  • Someone with a strong working knowledge within the Information Technology sector
  • Have knowledge of ISO 20000 & 27001, NHS Governance Toolkit and GDPR is preferred
  • Be a strong communicator both written and verbal with the ability to converse at all levels both internally and externally
  • Have a strong ability to develop policies and procedures for security compliance
  • Be able to demonstrate a high level of integrity and confidentially
  • Have a high level of attention to detail ensuring good time management and prioritisation skills
  • Have strong problem solving and analytical capabilities
