  • You will be working 1:1 with a resident on each shift.
  • You will have the freedom to plan their day in line with their choices and wishes, enabling them to be as independent as possible, seeing them thrive and enjoying making memories.
  • You will be providing personal care to residents as well as supporting them in a wide range of learning, development and social activities including arts and crafts, cookery, music, gardening, swimming, shopping trips and fun social occasions.
We are looking for pro-active individuals who can demonstrate compassion, empathy and a person-centred approach to supporting our young people. You do not need to have experience in the care sector, we can support and train you on your journey.Skills and Qualifications Successful candidate qualities:
  • Motivated to learn and to go the extra mile.
  • Ability to guide and encourage supportive independence when possible.
  • Exceptional communication skills, empathy and understanding.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and team working skills.
