You will have the freedom to plan their day in line with their choices and wishes, enabling them to be as independent as possible, seeing them thrive and enjoying making memoriesYou will be providing personal care to residents as well as supporting them in a wide range of learning, development and social activities including arts and crafts, cookery, music, gardening, swimming, shopping trips and fun social occasions.We are looking for pro-active individuals who can demonstrate compassion, empathy and a person-centred approach to supporting our young people.
