NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY Hyde Lodge is an amazing home in Westbury Park that provides a supported living and learning environment for 8 young adults aged 25-30 with severe and complex learning difficulties.Your roleYou will be working 1:1 with one of our young adults on each shift. You will have the freedom to plan their day in line with their choices and wishes, enabling them to be as independent as possible, seeing them thrive and living life to the fullIn addition to providing personal care you’ll support them in a wide range of learning, development and social activities including arts and crafts, cookery, music, gardening, swimming, shopping trips and fun social occasions.This isn’t a sitting around, watching TV doing nothing type job; we are looking for people who want to create fun, active experiences whilst demonstrate compassion, empathy and a person-centred approach to supporting our young people.You do not need to have experience in the care sector, we can support and train you on your journey.Skills and Qualifications Successful candidate qualities:
