You will manage a team covering all business requirements across our diverse Group, our regulated affordable and social housing companies, and our commercial property Development businesses.You will ensure the Groups digital platforms (internal and external) utilise best practice in design, content, UX and customer journey, and drive commerciality, cost efficiencies and effectiveness in all you do. You will support the senior Marketing team, providing expert insight and advice on all aspects of channel activity, to help our businesses achieve their goals, deliver high profile business projects and campaigns, and deliver the day-to-day marketing channel requirements of c. 20 Places for People subsidiary companiesFor more information please download our job profile available on our websiteMore about youWe are looking for an experienced marketing professional, well versed in all things digital with a strong understanding of how traditional channels can complement digital. You will possess a track record of designing, creating and maintaining websites, intranet sites and apps and also be a subject matter expert in PPC, SEO and social media advertising.You will be a people person, happy to engage with a variety of stakeholders from Executive Directors, Managing Directors and Managers. They will look to you for your expertise and you will understand the balance between generating and designing engaging ideas whilst meeting stakeholders briefs within their brand guidelines for their customer base.
