Job Description

Customer Service AdvisorPertemps Managed Solutions has been engaged by a leading FMCG company to find their newest member of the Customer Service team. We are looking for a Customer Service Account Handler to maximise supplies and ensure that customers receive exceptional servicethrough completion of their orders including, order processing, communication and resolving issues.Key details:612-month assignment Hybrid position3days in Waltham officeASAP start Monday to Friday 8:30am4:30pm (Candidates will need to be flexible with potential weekends and bank holidays)Main Responsibilities:

Progress daily customer orders placed from input through to dispatch
Identify stock shortages and minimise impact to service through liaison with the supply teams and the customer
Proactively identify future potential risk to service and alleviate where appropriate
Resolve delivery issues both short and long term through communication with haulier and distribution team
Control order conformance to correct lead time and order agreements
Contribute metrics, issues, insight, and action resolution through the daily and weekly Performance Review Forums and escalate any un-resolvable issues.

What we are looking for:

Good analytical/Excel skills
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Experience in Supply/Supply Chain is preferred but not essential
SAP user knowledge
