Midlands Medical Partnership (MMP) is a Birmingham super-partnership currently caring for 67,000 Birmingham & Solihull CCG patients across North and Central Birmingham operating out of 10 sites. The partnership was established in April 2009 and continues to grow as a single integrated primary care provider, alongside collaborative working with other similar organisations in our region as part of its strategic forward view.This dynamic partnership with a team of over 200 clinicians and staff is managed by a single executive board, with centralised organisational functions, strong leadership and clinical governance structures. The ambition and vision of the partnership is to provide large scale, integrated, multi-speciality care for our patients; enabling us to improve the range and quality of patient services, improve access and patient responsiveness.We are currently recruiting for a Site Lead Officer at Eaton Wood Medical Centre, 1128 Tyburn Road, Erdington, Birmingham, B24 0SY.To cover shifts ranging from Monday to Friday 8.00am - 8.00pm.MMP are seeking a professional to join our team. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Site Lead Officer to provide leadership and management support to the site.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the site meets all key national, local and contractual requirements (including Public Health targets, Clinical targets, Key Performance Indicators, Statutory Regulations and CQC requirements).The Site Lead Officer is responsible for coordinating, managing and developing all staff at the site working with the appointed Senior Regional Officers on planning and development of the managed sites.Experience of managing a team together with excellent organisational and IT skills is essential. Previous experience of working within healthcare together with a working knowledge of System One would be an advantage although full training will be given.Please ensure you complete the application form in full.
