Are you someone who wants progression and training, but havent got that option in your current roleThis MSP will create a progression plan, and help you reach your goal by covering the cost for training / courses which will help you get there.They have been going for 40 years and are looking to bolster their support team with a Field Engineer to support their clients with any onsite works. Role: IT Field EngineerOffice Location: Birmingham Salary: Up to £35,000Package: Milage paid at 45p PM, 20Day AL + BH, 3 days shut down over Xmas, Birthday leave after 1 year of service, Westfield Healthcare + Standard Pension, Car Allowance after 1 year of service, any training courses you wish to go on, cost will be covered.Some of What Youll Be Doing:* Implementation of solutions, Firewalls, Wireless Access Points, servers, back up and Cloud solutions.* Onsite support work - 50 miles of Birmingham approx.* 20% Support 80% Implementation approx.* 30-40 ongoing projects varying in sizes, small client installs, some sever and cloud installs.* Dealing with customers at all levels of seniority.Person Spec:* 4+ Years experience working in Onsite/Field Installation or Support role.* Experience with Installation, Configuring and Troubleshooting.* Competent in completing installations (Workstations, servers, switches, firewalls etc)* Strong customer service and communication skills.* Ideally from an MSP background* Full UK Driving License + Vehicle.
