Job Title: HR Manager Contract: Full Time, Permanent Location: Leicester, LE4 Salary: £40,000 - £45,000Start Date: ASAP - Happy to work around notice periods This position offers flexible/hybrid working, however, you must be able to drive due to travelling between 2 x Leicester based sites. The Commercial Division at SF Recruitment have partnered with a well-established international manufacturing business, to support them with their recruitment of a full time, permanent Human Resources Manager. As the standalone HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing a wide variety of HR duties including the below: - Working collaboratively with the senior leadership team to support with development, employee relations, change management and any advisory guidance. - Ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed correctly with significant cases including discipline, grievance, appraisals and development. - Reviewing and listening to internal employee feedback to then implement new ideas to support with employee engagement, and cultural developments. - Creating an effective, engaging and streamlined recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring all of the required HR compliance and RTW checks are completed, as well as contractual paperwork. - Identify, plan and evaluate training and development of staff in conjunction with operational managers. - Working closely alongside management for internal projects, ensuring all strategic objectives are achieved and supporting with managing project delivery timeframes. - Taking a lead and participating in regular staff development opportunities and courses. - Working closely alongside the payroll department with company benefits and rewards. - Ensuring our clients core views and values are maintained with every decision made. - Maintaining accurately updated employee and GDPR compliance records on a shared internal system. The successful HR Manager will be an excellent leader, and communicator, who is able to build honest relationships at all levels both internally and externally. You will have experience providing coaching and mentoring techniques to the senior management team,and have a commercial and cultural awareness. Our client has ambitious plans to recruit a high volume of new employees across all internal departments within the next 6-12 months, so experience managing the internal recruitment and retention process is goingto be a huge advantage. It is essential that you have worked within a Human Resources Management capacity, with the relevant HR certification/qualifications, and have a strong understanding of employment legislation, policies, and procedures. It desirable that you have worked withina manufacturing/supplier focussed organisation, however, this is not essential.
