Job Title: HR Advisor Contract: Full Time, Permanent - Office Based Location: Leicester, LE4 Salary: £30,000 - £36,000The Commercial division at SF Recruitment are actively recruiting for a HR Advisor to join their client based in Leicestershire. The Human Resources Consultant opportunity has become available due to exciting business growth plans, and busy business demand! As a HR Advisor, you will be working within the Advisory team and be responsible for providing HR and Employment Law advice and support to businesses across the UK. This will be completed through email, telephone and arranged meetings with clients, ensuringthat you are highlighting all options and risks with each case. Additional daily responsibilities will include the below: - Build excellent client relationships, to ensure that you understand the clients requirements to be able to propose the best possible product and service to resolve the clients issues. - Responding and resolving client enquiries within contractual SLAs. - Provide additional Human Resources support to the wider HR team as and when required in busier periods. - Attend regular internal meetings and training courses to ensure that you stay up to date with legislation and best practice changes. - Provide guidance and support to clients with all employment law and HR enquiries, ensuring that all options are discussed with the client. - Ensure that all client records are maintained accurately up to date with any amendments, resolved cases and confidential documentation. - Support clients in drafting documentation / contract letters in line with their company policies and procedures. The successful candidate will have previous experience as a HR Advisor/HR Consultant at a similar level. You will be an empathetic listener and passionate about building relationships with clients at all levels, ensuring that you provide fair and consultativeadvice, to make the best possible decision. It is important that you are able to work on your own initiative when in a fast-paced and pressurised environment. Additional skills and experiences required are: - Problem Solving - Adaptable and flexible - Able to prioritise key tasks in an ever-changing environment - Strong understanding of Employment Law and HR best practice.
