Post sale, youwill be the direct point of contact for many customers. You need to be able to communicate effectively in varied settings and either resolve issues personally or co-ordinate responses with colleagues as necessary. As well as being highly personable, you willhave a clearly visible customer orientated mindset. This is an exciting time to be joining this growing business and the role will be ideal for someone seeking to play a key role in helping customers as well as fulfilling a range of important business supporttasks as part of a small, close-knit team.Job Title: Field Operations TechnicianReports to: Operations ManagerPackage: c£25k Salary (negotiable, depending upon experience) + car & benefitsLocation: NE England (+ c70% national travel)Key Deliverables: Instal remote measurement devices in new client locations (training provided) to client contract terms Manage the installation process, reporting and liaising closely with colleagues Lead project activity relating to client pilot projects Act as initial point of contact for technical support, solving problems and technical enquiries appropriately Maintain quality logs and carry out QC checks as part of sales support to clients Train and co-ordinate third party contractors and clients in product operationCandidate profile: Self-reliant, organised field operations professional with a strong service ethic Field-based operations or customer service experience, ideally in relevant sectors (e.g. Facilities, Compliance or Security) Technically curious and a problem-solver - enjoys taking ownership of processes and issues Project management skills ideal, combined with a pragmatic and client-focused mindset Structured and organised - can demonstrate experience managing administrative processes IT-literate (MS Office + Google Drive) Agile-mindset - flexible and embraces a variety of tasks.
