Focused Recruitment are seeking a number of customer service advisors to join our clients site in the Rhymney/Tredegar area.These roles are working 09:00-17:00 Monday-Thursday with an early finish on Fridays (early finish is paid) the company offer an array of bonus incentives, brilliant working environment, fantastic benefits, on site gym, The Customer Service Advisor will handle all customer queries effectively and in a professional manner, our client is seeking candidates from a similar background, however are happy to look at candidates who are looking to make a step into a customer service/adminrole, for them its all about the attitude of the person full training and support will be given.This role is to provide the best possible customer service to our customers, contributing towards the success of the business by going above and beyond to meet our customers expectations and fulfilling their needs in a safe and timely manner. Reporting tothe Care Centre Manager, this role is to ensure all customers orders are processed accurately and monitored through to delivery, within the relevant timeframe whilst adhering to the required regulations. Desirable:

Previous experience working as a Customer Service Advisor
Friendly personality with a "can-do" attitude who is a people person/good telephone manner
The ability to work as part of a small team with limited direct supervision.
The ability to handle queries professionally and efficiently with sensitivity
The ability to deliver a high-quality customer service

Desirable

Experience of promoting products and services to existing and potential customers
