Job Description

Focused Recruitment are seeking a Customer Care Advisor to join our clients site in the Rhymney/Tredegar area.Our established client is looking to recruit a Part-time permanent Customer Care Advisor into its busy Customer Services department.The client can be flexible with hours Monday to Wednesday however Thursday/Fridays hours are 12-5 (or 1-5). This is to cover early finishes at the tail end of the week.Salary is Pro rata of £18896 (per annum for full time work.)Main Duties/Responsibilities:

To act as a direct point of contact for customers.
To deal with each call with excellent interpersonal skills, empathy and patience.
To offer solutions in a courteous and professional manner.
To take ownership of issues raised and follow through on solutions in order to provide customer-oriented quality service excellence.
To deal with all returns in line with company procedure.
To investigate and raise credits where necessary.
Investigate and resolve complaints and may forward more complex scenarios to senior level staff.
To prioritise daily work load to aid with the efficiency of the department.
To undertake any other task that the manager may request.

Person Spec:

Candidates must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, target orientated, flexible and be able to use their own initiative.
Excellent communication skills, tenacity, the ability to influence people and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
