Job Description

Analytical Science/Stability - Team LeaderAs an industry leading global provider of services within pharmaceutical testing, development and manufacturing for both clinical and commercial use, we are looking to add a critical hire to our Laboratory Support team within an equipment installation, validationand/or maintenance capacity. With the benefit of a global, established name, yet working on the specific site in South Wales within a small collaborative team, this opportunity gives you the chance to be a part of a growing business and to make a genuine contribution.The opportunity for progression and development is very realistic especially given the plans for site expansion.The position:This is a key hire to help oversee a growing analytical team that is a mix of junior and experienced scientists. Whilst not a day to day bench based position, this person will be able to step in to coach, train or troubleshoot on a range of chemistry basedanalytical techniques such as HPLC, dissolutions and Karl Fischer.Experience:

Hands on experience of a QC / Analytical testing position
HPLC experience essential
Other chemistry based lab techniques beneficial (such as dissolutions, Karl Fischer)
Pharmaceutical industry experience desirable but other industries could be considered
GMP experience is essential
Line management/supervisory experience
