We have an attractive opportunity for a Park Manager/ Park Manager Couple to lead and manage a unique park based in Northamptonshire. You will have a natural leadership style with high standards and looking for your next career opportunity.This park boasts a range of facilities for guests including a heated outdoor swimming pool, 9-hole pitch and putt, Clubhouse, shop, 3 rink all-weather bowling green, course fishing and lakeside and woodland walksThe RoleThis is a permanent position with overall responsibility for creating a first-class holiday experience. The Park Manager will ensure the delivery of high-quality services in an engaging, efficient and safe way. You will be able to demonstrate your natural leadershipstyle and people management. Sector experience is not essential. Key Responsibilities* The provision of a hospitable and friendly environment to "customers" in accordance with company aims, objectives and instructions, driving guest feedback and acting on positive recommendations.* To communicate with other members of your team, both internally and externally in a professional and courteous manner and leading by way of positive example.* The organisation of site management programs within budget to ensure that all properties and estate are kept in good order and not allowed to fall into a state of disrepair.* The management of data and records to enable full analysis of utilisation levels of your departments, making recommendations for change to ensure best use.* The management of Health & Safety for your departments, ensuring that processes are in place to determine risks and ensure the safety of staff, guests and visitors.* As a Company manager, to work alongside other members of the management team to help define and implement company strategies and operational plans.* To report to Head Office Directors and Senior management on a regular basis* To act as an ambassador for the Company, ensuring that all team members are fully conversant with the need for good public relations with clients and visitors.* To function as a Park Manager and to provide support to the Wardens and the rest of your team.Qualifications & ExperiencesWe are seeking candidates with a successful track record managing high quality holiday experiences, preferably in the holiday park sector. You will possess an excellent understanding of how to deliver services in an effective and efficient manner and have theexperience of running all aspects of an integrated, standalone business including financial management. The ability to work independently and with high integrity is a must.This is a varied and rewarding position which offers a very competitive salary package and generous living accommodation.
