* Trade Team Leader* Temporary 3-6 months (potential perm)* £25-28 per hour (umbrella, umbrella CIS)Team Leader Opportunity - Temporary role Umbrella CIS or Umbrella PAYE - Inside IR35 - Rate £25 - £28 per hour DOE - Looking for a experienced team leader or supervisor to manage a team of responsive repairs tradespeople.East Midlands based - close to Junction 28 of the M1ACT QUICKLY...Are you looking for the next step on the career ladderDo you have previous experience as trades Team LeaderMy client is looking to speak to experienced team leaders of trades teams for a temporary (potential permanent) role.If this is you, we need to speak to you...Your New OrganisationYou will have a fantastic opportunity to work for a company providing responsive repairs on housing stock in the East midlands.You will have the opportunity to work with a leading provider of social housing.Your new organisation needs a skilled trades team leader to come in and effectively manage the current trades team and to ensure works are completed timely and inside budget.Your New OpportunityYou will have the opportunity to join an established team, you will work with the schedulers and planners to manage the responsive repairs on the patch.You will be responsible for supervising the delivery of quality repairs and maintenance. This will include both employed trades and sub-contractors on projects.You will deal with Health and safety issues, briefings and RAMS, you will have a responsibility for your safety and those within your team.You will be responsible for operating in a value for money manner keeping a close eye on the purse strings on day to day and projects.You will be a key point of contact for the trades team and contractors alike, you will report in to the maintenance manager.PersonYou will be an experienced in managing a team with prior knowledge and experience working in a similar role - this role will suit someone with some prior knowledge of this type of role.In this role you will need:* Good administrative ability* Experience of managing teams and projects* Experience of repairs and maintenance for a council, housing association or related role.* Good relationship builder - you will work closely with internal and external partners.* Scheduling and planning experience* Level 4 qualification relevant to role or a level 3 qualification and proven ability in housing repairs environment.Likely job titles: trades team leader, trade supervisor, responsive team lead, planned maintenance team leader, voids team leader, voids supervisor, voids Team leader.
