  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Team player mentality, eager to collaborate with teachers and staff
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced educational environment
  • Previous experience working with children, either in a classroom setting or through relevant volunteer work (this is a must)
Desired qualifications:
  • A minimum of a Level 2 or equivalent in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
  • GCSE in English and Maths at grace C/4 or above
  • Relevant certifications or courses in child development or education
