Commercial Director - Aftermarket OperationsThis is an amazing opportunity for a Senior Manager, Commercial Manager or Senior Operations Manager with excellent commercial abilities to join a leading Aftermarket Components business. Financially strong with a modern vision for trading you will feelat ease conducting business at all levels utilising all of the latest technologies.Our musts:

  • Experience and knowledge of working within the Automotive Aftermarket or allied sectors.
  • Precise understanding of working with complex distribution platforms, independent trading groups or commercial buying groups.
  • Solid understanding of import & export processes.
  • Strong understanding of modern business processes and operational protocols.
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders within the business and likewise influential industry leaders & key figures.
  • Analytically strong and an ability to understand brand values and market positioning.
  • Eloquent communicator and presenter projecting a thought leader mentality to the industry for the business.
  • Engaging manager and people handler able to view scenarios from all angles and see alternative
