Job Description

Supply Chain Co-ordinator – Permanent – Full Time – Remote-working - £23,000 per annumHales Group are seeing an Supply Chain Coordinator on a remote-working, permanent basis on behalf of our client based in Stradbroke.The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 5pm with one week in 3 you will be expected to be the point of contact for all livestock delivery-related issues that occur outside of normal office hours (07:30 – 17:00).Main duties include:

  • Minute taking for various meetings
  • Scheduling deliveries to our manufacturing sites and liaising with on-site teams
  • Setting up suppliers on their systems
  • Keeping core files updated on a weekly/periodic basis
  • Keeping all files and records up to date
  • Logging and reporting KPI’s
    • Key requirements include:
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Experience of the livestock/haulage industry (advantageous not essential)
  • Confident and experienced user of Microsoft Excel
  • Able to work flexible hours and days
