Michelle Denny Recruitment is partnering alongside the long-established premium dog food provider, Skinners based in Stradbroke, Suffolk, to find them two experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service professionals. Salary range is £20,000 - £21,000pa,with working schedule of Monday to Friday, 9am5pm, with 30 minutes for lunch (plus 25 days leave + public hols!).Youll be helping both the trade & wholesale customers, as well as individual pet owners, providing them all with useful advice regarding the full range of products, delivery, pricing, stage of their orders and subscriptions etc. Youll need to be flexibleto smoothly switch from the business to the household customer and back again, as youll never know what call youll pick up next.The team is diverse, friendly and welcoming, and youll receive full company training to empower you to become a knowledgeable advisor. The pace is fast and there is always a steady stream of calls coming through customers can be demanding & sensitivewhen things dont go quite as planned, so youll need to enjoy the challenges that working in a customer service environment brings, so if you have a calm persona mixed with empathy and patience, that will go a long way.IT plays a big part of this role and whilst youll be taught all the intricacies of the e-commerce website and in-house systems, youll already need to have a good handle and understanding of Microsoft Office, being able to pick up new technology quicklyand comfortably.
