Job Description

We are currently seeking a Sales Support Administrator with outstanding customer service skillsto join a well-established, family-run SME based in Stokesley. Working within a busy existing team of 4 you will be required to provide unrivalled customer service through an excellent standard of telephone, and electronic communication with new and existing customers along with advising thebest product solutions and providing accurate quoting and sales administration.Key duties and responsibilities...

  • Answer incoming telephone calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Professionally handle customer queries and resolve any issues in line with personal level of responsibility
  • Advising customers on products and services
  • Assist in quote preparation and follow ups.
  • Arranging appointments for field sales staff
  • Conduct follow up calls to existing accounts to promote new products and services
  • Assist with any other reasonable tasks as required
  • Marketing support (preparing weekly e-shots and tracking statistics, supporting brochure/catalogue design, web updates etc)
Responsibilities
  • Previous experience of working in a Sales / Customer Service role
  • Good telephone interaction
  • The ability to work well in a team
  • Practical and logical; the ability to solve problems quickly and accurately
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Marketing experience desirable but no essential
  • Strong literacy & numeracy skills
Reward
  • Generous salary to £30,000 depending on experience
