NOT TO BE MISSED - New and exciting role for a fantastic growing business in the renewable space.Our client is one of the leading suppliers and installers of energy reduction solutions in the UK reducing kWh consumption, energy bills and harmful CO2 emissions in the process. They are looking for a Client Services Manager to be the face of the business and act as a liaison with their clients. You will ensure clients receive exceptional service throughout the rollout and installation of their technologies.Working with the wider team you will be the central point of contact for ensuring deliveries, installers, procedures and client communication is all first-class and running smoothlyResponsibilitiesWorking with commercial clients in a fast-paced environment your responsibilities as the Client Services Executive to:

Develop and maintain excellent relations with Clients
Manage the service component of the client relationship
Ensure the overall smooth installation and implementation of projects
Proactively communicate with the Facilities, Service and/or Operations Managers to ensure they are fully informed of up coming installations
Regularly communicate with the Client Accounts Lead keeping them informed of any issues which may affect service delivery and day to day operations.
Attend regular scheduled meetings with the wider team
Be the one point of contact for our own and other contractors
Show responsibility for Health and Safety
Manage and communicate expectations internally and externally.
Conduct service value reviews and monitor service levels
Educate clients on various processes and procedures assisting with awareness and being the direct point of contact for support or project-related items.
Coordinate site surveys and communicate to the wider team access requirements
Provides oversight on commitment requests including setting up commitment in system, participating in project kickoffs to ensure understanding of project expectations and scope, ensures proper resources are assigned and monitor target dates
Identifies additional opportunities to provide more products, services or other resources to customer and refers to managing director/relationship manager.
