Our esteemed client is seeking a highly proficient and experienced Senior Finance Analyst tojoin their dynamic finance team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This pivotal position will be crucial in optimising the financial performance of the business.Responsibilities of the Senior Finance Analyst include:

Responsible for headcount information and ensuring any recruitment is in line with budgeted headcount.
Review open order reports, parked list and prepare monthly accruals.
Prepare monthly bonus calculations and any other ad hoc accrual and prepaid calculations required for month end and year end.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance against financial targets.
Manage spend to ensure it remains in line with budget and follow up any potential issues with relevant cost centre manager.
Review payroll and liaise with Payroll departments for any variances.
Ensure updated transfer pricing study exists and liaise with US Corporate tax to ensure tax compliance with different intercompany transactions.
Work closely with various departments to understand their financial needs and provide guidance to support their objectives.

The successful Senior Finance Analyst will require the following skills and experience:

Qualified accountant or qualified by experience.
Min 2 years’ experience of working in a finance business partnering role ideally within overhead optimisation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
Ability to working to tight deadlines and under pressure.
