HRLife are working exclusively with a commercial, innovative business where their people are passionate about making a difference and really adding value in a niche area.Reporting into the People & Culture Lead, you will be available for an initial 9 month interim contract with a possibility to go on longer for the right individual, depending on business requirements. Our client will consider candidates on either a 3, 4or 5 day working arrangement.This is a great role for someone who wants to work in a small HR team and get involved in a broad range of activities including; talent acquisition, performance management, providing advice and guidance to managers and employeesKey responsibilities will include;- Partnering with employees and managers to deliver HR advice and guidance ensuring a great employee experience on a range of topics such as recruitment and selection, performance management and development, talent management, compensation and absence- Advise and coach managers on all aspects of core HR processes, policy and contractual terms- Support employees with policy queries, liaising with the relevant parties to resolve matters.(i.e. flexible working requests, sickness absence, etc)- Become the process and systems expert to guide managers and employees on performance cycles, HR database, L&D platforms, reward and recognition queries- Support employees with short and long term absence, liaising with OH as needed- Manage and monitor employee immigration status, taking the necessary actions to comply with immigration law- Partnering with talent acquisition and managers to attract the best talent in a fair and slick process- Assist the business with creation and storage of jobs descriptions and working with the Reward team to determine appropriate job code and market data and communicate leveling to managers and assist with job requisitions where needed- Support managers in final stage recruitment panels and offer creation- Project managing activities for various global HR initiatives including performance management, promotion processes, compensation programs, rewards, and recognition programs- Participate and drive special projects and initiatives between the business and HR that are function specific, as well as local and global projects on HR Harmonization and systems integrationHybrid working with some days in the office in Stockley park
