Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available working as a Reward Specialist for a global company within the Electronic space. This is a hybrid/permanent position with 2 days working from home.As a Rewards Specialist, you will be responsible for all areas related to salaries, incentives, job evaluations, performance management, Pensions, Wellbeing and Risk benefits. Ensuring that the full Reward package is market comparable.Responsibilities as Reward Specialist

  • Undertake annual benchmarking with salary survey providers, to ensure salary ranges and total compensation aligns with the relevant market, making proposals for change as required.
  • Support the design, delivery and ongoing administration of new compensation
  • Responsible for statutory reporting of compensation in all jurisdictions, e.g Gender Pay Gap or CEO ratio.
  • Delivery of HR, Leader and Employee education to ensure awareness of all reward programmes
  • Support the delivery of cyclical and ad-hoc compensation activities, undertaking market research and keeping abreast Economic issues within each jurisdiction.
  • Provide governance of Job Codes & Career framework in support of the Recruitment and Promotion process
