Our client, a highly reputable heavy handling machinery company based on the outskirts of Coventry are recruiting an experienced Telesales Executive to join their fast paced, friendly team. A family-owned business who pride themselves on a stable, loyal and committed workforce.The RoleThe Role will be responsible to the Sales Director and will be broad ranging in its scope. The role itself can be broken-down into the following areas: -*Telesales - to manage, update and grow the Companys existing database using telesales activity. It is envisaged this will consume 60%-70% of a working week.*Generating new leads for machine sales, rentals, service work as well as supply and purchase opportunities of used equipment*Take prospective customers up to quotation preparation stageThe PersonYou will have a personable and outwardly friendly positive attitude who has the ability to build relationships with customers using the telephone. Clearly, with telesales being a pre-eminent in the role, telephone manner and a high-level of customer respect is a pre-requisite.
