Job Description

Job Title: Digital Business Analyst (1 year FTC)Location: CoventrySalary: £40,000 - £42,000Benefits: Pension, Healthcare, 35 hour weekThis is a rare opportunity for an experienced Digital Business Analyst to become a key part in a major digital transformation programme for a registered charity based near Coventry.This is a 1 year fixed term contact and will primarily be a remote role, however you will be required to work 1 day per week in the office.Due to the variety of projects and stakeholders, youre working with and on this is a great opportunity to grow your knowledge and experience.The Role

You will be working on a range of both complex and simple projects and liaising with a variety of stakeholders.
You will be working with internal developers to ensure the technical side of the project runs smoothly
Gather requirements for the development of digital products and services
Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyse information needs and functional requirements and deliver artefacts as needed including: Business Requirements Document, Technical Specifications, Use Cases, Test Plans,GUI, Screen and Interface designs.

Upcoming Projects

They have made progress over the last two years with their IT Systems and are aiming to move their Legacy & CRM systems over to Dynamics 365.
You will also be working on an upcoming project focused on improving their New Customer Portal

RequirementsWe are looking for someone with a strong background working on Digital Projects, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work on a wide range of digital projects.Addition key requirements:

A minimum of 5 years experience of IT requirements gathering
Experience of using software such as Jira, Confluence and Axure
Experience of gathering requirements for CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365
A results driven approach to work
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
