Job Description

Office Angels are recruiting for a Part Time Receptionist to work in Stoneleigh. Due to the location it is essential you have access to your own transport.This is a Part Time position working 12 Hours a week preferably over 2 days, working 8:30am to 14:30pm. This role will require someone to be adaptable, have attention to detail, be highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise. You will need to have superb Customer Service skills as you will be the face of the business and will be communicating with all departments as well as directors and many external high profile clients.Must haves

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Possess good computer skills and be fluent in Microsoft Office packages
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Highly organised
  • Duties
  • Answering incoming calls and relaying messages efficiently and precisely
  • Incoming and outgoing post
  • Warmly greeting any visitors
  • Responding to gate intercoms and monitoring who enters
  • Booking and preparing conference rooms
  • Responding to tenant queries and resolving problems
  • Keeping ANPR system up to date
