Our client, a "best in class" provider of IT services and corporate infrastructure to the SME and education sector, are now looking to expand their Contract Renewals Team.This is an exciting time to join them, as a Renewals Coordinator, based out of their Essex offices. Location: Laindon, Essex - with flexitime and hybrid working available.Salary: £25-30k per annumWithin this role, you will deal with all aspects of contract renewals and act as liaison between various internal departments and customers to ensure the smooth day to day delivery of our clients products and services. You will also be required to undertakeadministrative duties in relation to the role, as well as potentially assist the rest of the department with ad-hoc duties as required. Key duties include the management of contract renewals & quotations, working to the business targets, sending remindersto customers, ensuring contracts are renewed before expiry, scheduling regular technician visits and other diary management and liaising with customers and suppliers to agree schedules.You will also organise the ordering of required licensing and managing the activation and delivery, own the contract management post project completion and own and manage client requests, escalating issues only where required.This role would suit someone who is able to work well both as an individual and within a team and not be afraid to take ownership of requests or issues.
