Our leading insight and news service, the Health Service Journal, provides the most influential people in health with vital intelligence, analysis and advice.Main Purpose of RoleReporting to the Head of Customer Success, the Client and Field Support Executive will provide support to the client and allocated account directors throughout the commercial process. The role will support solutions across the Wilmington Healthcare, and will help support customer success by effectively working within an aligned account team approach.The role of the Client and Field Support Executive will be predominantly office based, however occasional F2F visits with clients may be required where agreed with the Head of Customer and Field Support, and in line with the objectives of the role.Key tasks include:- Supporting your Key Account clients in collaboration with the account directors to identify opportunities- Providing a consistent point of contact for your Key Account clients across the WHC products and services, further developing stakeholder relationships within the accounts. Foster long term relationships with clients by providing outstanding service and communication- Managing requests for contract amendments by liaising with your Key Account clients and internal stakeholders to track progress, and ensure timely progress is made- Supporting the management of opportunities on Salesforce by, ensuring all communications with your Key Account clients are captured on the relevant opportunity, or client account. Working with the account directors to support the timely progression of opportunities throughout the commercial process- Develop expertise across the WHC portfolio, taking a lead interest in a specific product area a product champion’ across the team. Support the wider Customer Success Team in developing and improving knowledge across the portfolio- Where appropriate, support the account directors in F2F meetings e.g. kick off meetings for large projects, supporting understanding/technical detail and processes for specific products- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure the correct processes are followed to manage, escalate and log issues, customer complaints and to initiate any required actions for delivery post saleSkills and Experience Required- Experience in a commercial/commercial support environment.- Knowledge of the healthcare sector- The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to a wide range of both internal and external stakeholders.- A passion for delivering Customer Success.- The ability to prioritise workload and make effective decisions as part of an account team- Strong process and Project Management skills- Tenacity to challenge processes"We are committed to equality, equality of opportunity and valuing diversity"
