Job Description

PackerExtra Personnel are recruiting on behalf of our large manufacturing client based in Blackburn for the position of Packer.Requirements of a Packer

  • Be flexible to work rotating 8 hours shifts 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm,
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • attention to details is desirable
Details:
  • Salary - £8.91 - £12.47 per hour
  • Working week Monday till Friday
  • Overtime available
  • Location - Blackburn
  • Duration - Ongoing
  • Accessible by public transport
  • Some lifting will be involved
  • Extensive training will be given
Role of a Packer
  • Assembling and clamping the product
  • Working on the production line
  • Packing, trimming, cutting and palletising
  • Working according to health and safety guidelines
  • Ensuring that the final products meet quality standards
  • To ensure all company procedures and rules are adhered to
