Job Description

The Role:IT Support Specialist - £27,600 + 15% Flex Allowance + Lots of Benefits - Permanent RoleAs an IT Support specialist you will provide a high level of end user and technical IT support across a 370 acre site. This is a great opportunity for an experienced IT Support Specialist with a broad skillset to forge a career supporting a wide and diverseIT infrastructure. You will be the sole on-site SME providing IT support to local partners, as well as providing support to other members of the UK wide team of IT support Specialists.A driving licence will be required as the successful candidate may berequired to travel to remote sites on occasion.

  • Work with the Service desk on a 1st and 2nd line basis
  • Hardware and software installations and upgrades
  • Asset management
  • Telecoms Support
  • Microsoft product support - Windows, O365
  • AD, GPO, DHCP, DNS etc.
  • AutoCAD & other design suite applications
  • Meraki portal
  • Key resource on IT projects
You Should Have:
  • Hardware build, install and upgrade
  • Software install, upgrade and support
  • Previous helpdesk experience
  • Asset management
  • Network support, install and maintenance
  • MS Desktop OS support (Win 7 upwards)
  • MS365 Support
  • Excellent communicator with a customer focus
