Job Description

Our client have a superb opportunity for an Business Applications Analyst to join the business and take the lead in supporting the company on its investment in system implementations and upgrades.This is a really exciting time to join them as there is huge investment presenting great opportunities to engage with varied projects and technologies within your work.The Business Applications Analyst will be responsible for assessing and supporting the business systems in place as well as supporting the implementation and development of new systems being introduced.Package Details:* Salary: £35,000 - £45,000* Pension,* Flexible benefits* 25 Days Holiday + Bank holidays* Hybrid workingAs Business Applications Analyst you will: * Provide development support for business applications from user requirement gathering through to testing and implementation.* Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and improve Business Applications.* Create documentation, policies, and procedures in line with IT Governance.* Ensure that improvements are clearly defined and thoroughly tested before handing over.* Work on and support a range of projects and operational activities.* Be responsible for documentation and testing for business applications under your remit.* Lead the development and delivery of Business Application changes* Play a critical role in the process mapping and subsequent creation of documentation, policies, procedures associated with new applications being introduced or changes being made to existing systems* Proactively review business applications and identify improvementsThe Ideal candidate will have: * Several years experience in a Business Applications development role.* Office applications development experience* Experience of Windows server and SQL databases* ERP system experience* Test planning and delivering of test plans* Experience of documentation and process mapping as part of your work* Exposure to structured development and Project methodology* Application specific experience (DBA, SQL, Programming etc)This is a great opportunity to join a team with a fantastic culture and environment offering the scope to grow and develop as the business evolves ensuring your technical thirst remains engaged for the long term.Consortium Professional Recruitment Ltd are a professional level recruitment consultancy specialising in the delivery of high relevance recruitment services on behalf of our clients across the UK.
