Job Description

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Senior Marketing Executive focusing on Student Engagement for Coventry University, a global education group with a mission of Creating Better Futures. Working in the Marketing and Communication department basedin the beautiful scenery of Ryton Gardens, this position is vital in delivering broad campaigns to engage students and enhance the student experience.As Senior Marketing Executive for Student Engagement, you will be responsible for developing marketing and communication plans to support student engagement initiatives on the Student Portal, further supporting community building among the students. A largepart of the role includes collaborating with colleagues to create content, print, and digital assets, supporting the broader team and the University in high profile student events, quality controlling final content and copy. You will also gather data fromprior campaigns and market research to respond to trends and maximise campaign impact.The ideal Senior Marketing Executive will have:- Strong experience in a similar marketing and project management role, including copywriting and content creation- Experience in social and digital media and CMS such as WordPress, as well as related design software such as Canva and Adobe programmes- Experience in digital and social media analytics and market research, with the ability to produce reports from the data- Excellent communication skills, both in writing copy to engage with broad and diverse audiences as well as working with both internal and external stakeholders Working Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5, this role offers a hybrid working policy of 2 days working from home.
