Ryton-on-Dunsmore basedTemporary Ongoing (good chance of becoming Permanent)Monday to Thursday - 8.30am-5pmFriday - 8.30am- 4.30pm£19,513paOur client based in Ryton-on-Dunsmore is looking for a receptionist to join their team.Key Responsibilities:- Answering all incoming calls to the switchboard Dealing with incoming emails appropriately Sorting of post both inbound and outbound Meeting and greeting visitors Booking meeting rooms for employees Supporting other departments with general admin activitiesThe Ideal Candidates:- Previous experience in an admin/receptionist role Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Have good attention to detail Ability to work in a fast paced environment.InterestedPlease contact Matthew for an informal chat about the role.
